Care should include everyone
Accessibility Statement
F&P Healthcare is committed to providing a website that is clear, usable and accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Using this website
We want visitors to be able to:
- Navigate the website using a keyboard as well as a mouse or touchscreen.
- Zoom and resize text without losing important information.
- Read content with clear headings, meaningful links and suitable colour contrast.
- Use the website on desktop, tablet and mobile screens without unintended horizontal scrolling.
- Understand form labels, instructions and validation messages.
- Use common screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Most browsers and devices provide built-in controls for text size, zoom, contrast and spoken content.
2. Compliance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
This website is currently considered partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Representative pages and common journeys have been reviewed, but the website has not yet completed an independent full accessibility audit.
3. Known limitations
We continue to review and improve the site. Areas that may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA requirement include:
- Some older article images may have limited alternative-text detail.
- Some third-party services, external links or embedded controls may not provide the same level of accessibility as the rest of this website.
- Some downloadable CVs or documents supplied by applicants may not be fully accessible.
- Complex form controls may behave differently with particular combinations of browser and assistive technology.
We will prioritise issues that prevent people from accessing information, contacting us or applying for a role.
4. Feedback and accessible alternatives
If you find any part of this website difficult to use, need information in a different format, or require reasonable adjustments when applying for a role, please contact us.

Please tell us the page or service you were using, what went wrong and the format or adjustment you need. We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
5. How we checked this website
This statement was prepared following a representative manual review of the website’s main pages, articles, navigation, forms and responsive layouts at desktop and mobile widths.
The review included checks for visible headings and text, colour contrast, keyboard-friendly links and controls, descriptive link names, image loading, content clipping and unintended horizontal overflow. This review is not a substitute for a complete independent WCAG audit.
6. Our ongoing approach
- New and updated content should use clear headings and meaningful link text.
- Images should include useful text alternatives where they communicate information.
- Layouts should remain readable at different screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Accessibility feedback will be logged, reviewed and used to guide improvements.
- This statement will be reviewed after major website changes and at least annually.
7. Further support
F&P Healthcare is a private organisation. If you believe you have experienced disability discrimination and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service for advice at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
